products only. The return eligibility of each product
is mentioned on its product page and is subject to
change without prior notice.

If pickup service is unavailable at your location,
you will need to self-ship the product to our office
address.

Return/exchange charges may apply and will be handled
on a case-by-case basis.

Conditions for Return & Exchange

The product must be unused and unwashed for hygiene
reasons.

It should be returned in its original packaging with
all tags intact. Items without tags will not be accepted.

Customized or personalized products are not eligible
for return or exchange.

Return/exchange requests must be raised within the
specified return period mentioned on the product page.
